TRAINING
North Island Telephone provides user training for all staff at times suited to
their convenience, to insure features are well understood and utilized. Our approach is a
gradual introduction of system features and a review of user reference material. This is
accomplished through a series of casual on-site training sessions. It may surprise you to
discover how much time can be saved by consistently using a few simple features. Training
is provided for the lifetime of the warranty period at no additional charge to the
customer. As new staff are added, you are assured they will be taught how to make the best
use of the tools available to them.
