TECHNICAL SUPPORT
As a factory authorized and supported dealer of Nortel's Norstar product line, combined
with our alliance with Telus and their support network, we possess a vast resource to
draw on. This includes experience, field trials, technical bulletins and tips, and
on-going research and development. We are committed to stock spares of critical components
of every new system installed - in the event of complete failure, your downtime is
minimized by immediate replacement. We also maintain an inventory of telephone sets and
parts, enabling us to respond quickly to any customer requests. North Island Telephone guarantees
response times of 2 hours maximum for a major system fault and 48 hours for minor faults,
however our goal is for same day service whenever possible.
